Terms and conditions

1. Inquiry, Booking and Contract Conclusion

If you contact me first via email and / or telephone, it does not constitute a legally binding contract between you and me. Submissions of this kind shall only be deemed as first contact.

Please notice that I need a pre-planning to agree for a date. Especially for longer encounter such as to accompany you for travel or holiday. I expect your serious inquiry 2-3 days in advance for a date in Munich and  at least 2-3 weeks in advance for request as your private and extraordinary business-, weekend- and / or travel companion.

As soon as we both have found a suitable day concerning our schedules,  including all booking details (in particular with regard to location, time, duration etc.), I will confirm the date - based of my general terms and conditions.
If you confirm too, we conclude a legally binding contract via email or phone call.

2. Minimum Reservation Time

Munich only:	4-6 hrs
German-wide:	up 6 hrs or 12hrs. O/n, depending on the destination
Europe-wide:	up 12 hrs O/N
International:	up 2 days
International Asia and Australia:	up 3 days

Longer bookings up 3 days are only possible if I have already known you or if we spend a night together.  I need a pre-planning and prefer to get to know you first. This is very important to make sure that the chemistry and sympathy works between us.  Please accept the minimum reservation time for a date at your place. I have an excellent reputation as a Courtesan and Elite Escort Companion. I am also very selective by the choice of a date.

3. Donation

If you are interested to have an agreement / arrangement with me, I will inform you about my rates as your elite gentleman's companion and exclusive courtesan. The compensation refers to the respective period we both have agreed and represents no payment for particular attendances or for individual service provisions.

Please hand over the agreed donation the first 10 minutes at the beginning of our meeting in an unsealed envelope. I would appreciate if you have already prepared the envelope before my arrival. This is customary and important. It allows both to relax and enjoy our time together. Please do not subject me to the uncomfortable situation of asking for the payment and suggesting that you meet non-commercially, since this too, places me in a delicate and unpleasant position. Please do not discuss or try to negotiate about my fees.

4. Travel Expenses

There are no travel expenses if our date takes places in Munich. Principally, it is possible to meet me at any country or place desired by you. In this case, the listed fees increase by the actual travel expenses for a round-trip plane or train tickets.

Travel expenses cover all additional expenditures such as taxi costs, catering as well as the additional time spent by me to reach your favorite destination. Travel expenses cover taxi cost, food during the journey, and particularly the time taken to arrive at your desired place.

• For a  Journey up to 50 km from Munich
  
• With Journey inside Germany and Europe over 50km, I expect a paid round-trip flight-/ or railway ticket plus 100 EUR travel expenses.
• With Journey inside Europe, I expect a paid round-trip flight ticket plus 150 EUR travel expenses
  
• With world-wide and international Journey, I expect a paid round-trip flight ticket plus 200 EUR travel expenses.

5. Extensions or cancellation during our date

If you should wish to extend our date during an ongoing booking, I would be happy to entertain you longer.  Additional costs for the extension of the booking are to be paid directly, according to exact duration.

If it is inevitable that a meeting must be cancelled either by you or by me, or in the case there are reasons for you or me not to carry out the meeting, I would like to ask you to pay all costs which incurred on the side and time we have already spent together such as taxi and travel time and/or other possible expenses.

6. Cancellation

In general:
In case you need to cancel your agreed upon rendezvous 24 hours before we will meet, there will be no cancellation costs you have to bear. In such a case already paid pre-payments will be  transferred back to you.

In case you need to cancel your booking within less than 24 hours before the agreed date, I retain your pre-payment as a credit for later bookings. Costs resulting from already booked plane or train tickets cannot be refunded because a cancellation is often not possible anymore.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, I would like to ask you to keep to the booked dates.

Cancelation of the booking on your site:
In case you need to cancel your agreed rendezvous 24 hours before our date takes place, there are no cancellation costs for you. In such a case already paid pre-payments are transferred back to you.

Cancellation of the booking on my site:
I am always committed to realize all wishes and desires of my clients to their complete satisfaction. However, if it should happen in few cases that I cannot carry out the agreed date on grounds of ill health or due to any other severe or unpredictable circumstances, I can consider postponing the meeting and will arrange a later booking with you. If this is not wished on your site,  there are no further mutual claims to the agreed service. Already paid prepayments will be immediately transferred back to you.  In such a case, the cancellation fees for booked travel or train tickets will be paid back,  as long as the customer has concluded a travel cancellation expenses insurance for me. Additional claims are excluded.

7. Payment and Payment Methods

The respective fee must be transfered directly to me in cash, discretely at the beginning of our rendezvous in an unsealed envelope. If you wish or if you may would feel more comfortable, you can transfer a part or the full amount of my donation prior via bank transfer or western union. 

With bookings of more than 24 hours please pay 30% of the agreed fee plus the potential travel expenses as prepayment onto my business account.  For bank details, I will inform you after a confirmation on both sites. 
The remaining 70% must then be paid on the spot.

I accept payment via bank transfer, western union, pay pal or cash. No credit cards.

8. Deposit for longer bookings

With reservations of more than 3 days or a long-term reservation, I would like to ask you to transfer 30% of the agreed fee to my bank account as pre-payment. After the receipt of the pre-payment the booked date will be reserved for you. This date is then binding.

In the case of air travels, it is necessary to deposit a round-trip ticket for the flight at the airport Munich, at the desk of the respective airline company - at the latest 2 days before departure.

10. Right of Withdrawal

If you conclude an accompanying service agreement as consumer according to § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) with High Class companion Linda, you can withdraw from your statement of intention within two weeks without stating any reasons. The cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to traumblondine@gmail.com. The period starts when the contract is concluded. Please consider your right of withdrawal. The period shall be deemed as complied with if you send off the withdrawal in due time. In the case of an effective withdrawal, each part is obliged to reimburse already received performances to the other contracting party.

The right to withdraw expires untimely as soon as I have started to render their services and this has happened with the formal consent of the customer prior to the end of the withdrawal period and/or the customer himself has initiated the start of the fulfillment of the service.

11. Travel service

I would be happy to help you to organize and arrange our date and to make it convenient for both of us - whether you may need a recommendation for a hotel or a restaurant.
